On March 5, 2012 begins another session of our Success School. These new real estate agent training sessions are held during the day, Monday and Wednesdays at our Orlando area Regional office. Our Central Florida Managers are the trainer/instructors and simply put, these training sessions are designed to help a new real estate agent or an agent just joining our company get a "running start" with their career. Agents attend from across Central Florida, including Orlando and Kissimmee.

We teach the real estate sales basics and then some.

New agents will receive in depth training on the legal purchase contract and listing contract that they will be using in their business. They are provided training on short sale contingencies, successful prospecting techniques, marketing ideas. Agents are taught how to qualify both buyers and sellers during this 7 week course. We also introduce our new agents to our systems and tools so that they have little standing in their way of turning the first of many transactions.
