Orlando real estate that sold in July 2008 serves as further proof that home prices are becoming increasingly affordable.

Nearly half of the reported 597 homes sold in July were sold at a price of $200,000 or below.

The total number of real estate sales, 597 is down slightly (7%) from June and down 9 % from July of 2007.
