(January 17,2012) Orlando home buyer and sellers were involved in 38 million dollar plus Orlando luxury homes sales during 2011 according to information from the local MLS.

Home sales ranged in price from $1 million to just under $4 million. Communities that reported million dollar sales included; Vizcaya, Cypress Shores, Baldwin Park, Millionaire's Row, and Lake Nona.

Currently there are over 90 homes listed for $1 million of higher in Orlando.
