Kissimmee foreclosures

(January 9, 2012) Kissimmee foreclosures continued to make up a significant portion of the Kissimmee real estate market during 2011. Reports that I reviewed indicate that 2,103 foreclosure homes were listed and sold in Kissimmee in 2011.

These sales consisted of condos (372 sold), townhomes (262 sold) and single family homes (1,419 sold). Sold prices ranged from a low of $6,000 and a high of $675,000.

We expect the foreclosure inventory to increase this year as lenders muddle through the process of foreclosing, currently there are 135 homes listed for sale in Kissimmee.
