July 2008 Deltona home sales

Foreclosure or bank owned sales were the name of the game in Deltona during July, 2008. Sold numbers show that 38% of the 77 homes that changed hands in Deltona during July were bank owned property.

July sold numbers dipped from the 85 reported sales the previous month of June.

Home sales in Deltona were also down 17% from July of 2007.
