(11/5/2007) Orlando foreclosure sales increase

Not all home sales are down in Orlando.

Sales of bank owned or foreclosed homes in Orlando have increased substantially in 2007 over 2006. MLS reports indicate 29 bank owned homes sold form Jan through October of 2006 versus 106 during the same period this year.

When looking at all of Orange County, which includes Orlando, 37 bank owned homes were sold in 2006 as compared to 140 so far this year.
