Deland home sales July 2008

Deland MLS reports indicate that 50 homes sold during July of 2008 in the city. this is in comparison to 46 homes that were reported to have sold in June 2008.

The good news is that July 2008 sold are 16% increase higher when compared to homes sold in July of 2007.

Sold prices in July ranged from $43,000 to $530,000.
