The facts are Watson Realty does not usually charge a buyer with helping them purchase a home. The service we freely provide includes:

• We will introduce buyers to a Watson Mortgage loan officer in order for the buyer to be pre-qualified and approved for a mortgage.
• We will provide updated information regarding homes that are on or coming onto the market that match the buyer's desired criteria and price range.
• We will offer to give the buyer guided tours of available homes for sale and we will explain and assist them with writing an offer on the home they have decided to buy.

All of this, we do at no cost to the buyer. The reason we can do this is that in most cases, our commissions are paid by sellers for bringing a buyer to their home and writing an offer that the seller finds acceptable. Sellers are happy to pay an agent for procuring a buyer for their property. So there you have it. What does it cost to hire a real estate agent? Well. if you call us, the answer is nothing.
