Real estate school license class

The upcoming Kissimmee class will begin on Wednesday August 13 to Monday October 6, 2008. Classes will be on Monday and Wednesday from 6 PM - 10 PM. $99 + $50 for book.

45 hour Post license class

Watson School of Real Estate is proud to announce it is now offering the state required 45hr post licensing classes. The cost of the class is $125.00 including the textbook and all other material needed to complete the class. We will also file the required paper work with the state upon completion of the class. Your initial licenses will expire on either September 30 or March 31. Please get this required class out of the way so you do not have to repeat the Principles & Practices I again.
