Bank owned homes continue to make up a large section of the properties selling in Central Florida.

Because bank owned property are often priced at or below market value and it is not unusual to find multiple offers from buyers on the newest bank owned listing. When this happens banks have choices including accepting any offer they wish regardless of price and terms or they can counter all of the offers asking buyers to re-offer their highest and best.

Typically bank owned property is sold as is with a right to inspect. There are a number of addendums that a home buyer will have to sign once the bank has agreed to sell them the house.
