Wyoming has enjoyed an 11% appreciation from the 3rd quarter of 2007 as compared to 2006.

According to government reports, Wyoming ranked #2 for fastest growing home prices in the 4th quarter of 2006 at 14.3% appreciation.

Oil slide ends in Wyoming, according to an article written by Bob Moen of the Associated Press. The Oil and Gas Conservation Commission indicates this is the first increase in production in 21 years.

Approximately 515,000 people are said to live in Wyoming according to a 2006 estimate.
